We deliver every Wednesday and Sunday, between 12 and 4pm. Place your order up until midnight the evening before for delivery on your selected date. Our food always goes straight from our kitchen to your door.

No problem! You can leave a cooler or insulated bag at your front door and we’ll drop your meals there.

Our dishes are tastiest when eaten within 3 months. Because our food is fully cooked (and frozen, of course) when it reaches your door, there is no food safety issue with keeping dishes for a few extra days or weeks. However, we believe the 3 month mark is optimal for flavor and nutrition.

Each of our dishes is designed to go straight into your oven with zero prep.

Most of our dishes include sauces, dips, or other toppings that we ask you to remove from the container before cooking.

The freezer-to-ready cook time for our family style meals is 75 to 90 minutes, depending on the dish, give or take five minutes depending on the temperature of your freezer.

If you’d like to defrost your meal in the refrigerator, the defrost time is about 24 hours. If a meal has been thawed, the cooking time will shorten to 45-60 minutes, depending on the dish.

We only use ingredients we feel good about feeding our own families. That means using organic whenever possible, never using refined sugars, opting for free-range and antibiotic-free animal proteins, and using locally grown ingredients.

Another priority for us is sourcing in ways that are environmentally friendly; as a part of that effort, we have been working with our partners at Planet Forward from day one to measure our carbon footprint.

Yes, all the meals have already been fully cooked. You’re just defrosting and heating!
